Who buys the Alcohol for the event and how does it get to the venue? 

We operate as a dry bar, meaning we serve what you buy. We do not carry a liquor license, therefore, the Customer is responsible for all alcohol purchases. We will supply you with a detailed checklist of all the alcohol needed to cover the event based on the guest size.  You will be responsible for bringing the alcohol to the event the day of. 


Do I need to provide a deposit to hold the date?

Yes, deposits hold your special day, so the sooner you book the better. We will not hold your day without a deposit.

How far out do you schedule events?

We usually book 6 months - 1 year in advance for events.  Please call us or submit a Contact form if you have an event sooner than this timeframe. 

How do I pay for the event? 

We accept Venmo, Cash, or Check at this time. A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be collected when you book your event and the remaining 70% is due 30 days before the scheduled event.

What days do you schedule events?

This depends on time of year and case by case basis.  Most events are scheduled for Friday or Saturday, but we are open to adjusting to meet your needs if possible.  Call or submit a contact form and we will talk with you about it.

How Much Alcohol Do You Really Need for 100 Guests? 

Here’s the simplest math in the event world:
1 drink per person per hour.  If you’re hosting 100 guests for 4 hours, that’s 400 drinks total.

Quick Breakdown for 100 Guests (4-Hour Event)
